I agree with looking out for your charges. I'm currently in a dispute with them regarding the billing of two of our pets with the same plan but significantly different amounts. BEWARE!

WATCH OUT!!!! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES!!!!! I loved this vet. For over two years they provided wonderful service to my animals. I can no longer say this. My past visits I have been over charged significantly. Quoted one thing on the phone only to show up and pay another. Then, when debating the charges with an employee, the head doctor of the facilty, came out in a very unprofessional manner to join the debate. To top it off, my pet and I can no longer return because we were upset when disputing the charges. This vet is great to new pets but they'll try to overcharge once you've been a long standing loyal customer. WATCH OUT!!!! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR CHARGES!!!!!

* Good Animal Hospital *

This hospital has been around the Glendale area for at least 20+ years. Originally, they were at 35th Ave West Glendale Ave and this is where my mom took our pets and eventually where I took my pets for their veternarian needs until I moved to Surprise in 2003.They are currently located in their beautiful new building at 43rd Ave West Northern. They moved there probably 3-4 years ago. Same great service. However, I live on West Thunderbird and my new place of choice ( 43rd Ave Animal Hospital ) is on West Cactus so obviously that is where I go plus 43rd Ave Animal is awesome !Give Palm Glen Animal Hospital a try if you live in the area and your pets need care. I believe they do grooming there also !
