“POA has exceeded my expectations when it comes to handling last-minute problems for us. For example, one of our owned machines is not yet under a service/supply agreement, and when we ran out of toner for this Accounting Dept. copier, who was processing a very time-sensitive series of documents, POA took our toner order and made a special delivery early the next morning. If they had not had the toner in stock, they would have sent it to us FedEx for next day 10:30 a.m. delivery. POA has also responded to URGENT service calls within an hour or two of our making the call. They take "customer service" very seriously. POA strives to provide outstanding customer service and pricing, and is flexible with changing their policies and procedures to accommodate our needs. Other vendors, such as Canon, are too over-confident of their industry standing (because of their machine excellence) and, as a result, tend to treat all problems and service solutions as equal.
