Called on rental for weeks, finally found a company that was quick and helpful.
I was not able to lease right away but will be back.

Great team here, relied on them for many years with our rentals.
Would recommend to any landlord or investor.

Over all great thus far. Was able to rent my property out and move out of state without worries. May or may not move back in later.

My previous landlord gave me 30 days notice to vacate and find a new home, I was a mess. These guys saved the day helping me quickly. Thank you!

Very pleased, leased my house quickly. Communication from the start was above par, even responding after hours when I would not expect them too.

I was managing on my own, tenant had not paid rent for 60 days.
Was totally out of sorts. Within 30 days not only did Opulent help me evict
this tenant but they found a new tenant. Very happy.

I contacted them about a home they had listed for rent. The first time I called it was earlier in the morning and I got a recording that said "We don't open until 10, leave a message or text us and we'll respond sooner." I left a message & sent a text. Didn't hear back from them. About two weeks later, I saw another listing and again, Opulent Realty was the rental group. Great. I'll try again. After a couple of days, I finally got an email from them. We scheduled a time to go see the first property I liked. The agent was a no show! Luckily, the current renters were home to show us the property. We toured the house and left 25 minutes later but still no sign of the Opulent Realty Group. After being stood up, seeing how completely filthy the house was and how unprofessional the rental group is, we decided this would be a bad investment for anyone!

I have rented a home through Opulent for almost 2 years now. The owners decided they want to sell the house so they gave me a 30 day notice. I am a single mother of 2 small children and just came off 3 months of unemployment. I do not have the means to move into another home, so I kept the October rent and asked that they just keep my security deposit. The property manager, Jim, would not respond to me. They filed a lawsuit against me, I am now unable to rent a home or an apartment anywhere. I am homeless, I am going to lose my children because I don't have a home for them, I am flat broke, and the property manager will not respond to my emails requesting to meet and even give him the keys. I feel like they are trying to milk me for everything I have. I highly recommend to NOT use this real estate company as they do not have compassion for anyone and they only want money. This of course is not the way to handle business
