DO NOT USE FOR ONE GUARD HOME WARRANTY!!
UPDATE: YESTERDAY DFW HVAC & PLUMBING was suppose to send someone over to Fix whatever it was that they either disconnected, broke, turned off, et cetera to our UPSTAIRS 3T HVAC Unit. Called One Guard Home Warranty Co., and was told, "they have four (4) hours to call you". Well, from the time that I spoke with you (One Guard Home Warranty Co.), their four (4) hours to make contact with me is already over. So, what's next"? (Dead silence). Me again: "How about getting me a Supervisor, or anyone higher up in the food chain than you. Try to find an Employee or Manager who actually can show some concern & urgency in getting my problem fixed please".

Puts me on HOLD....about 8 minutes.... Comes back and says....

"They have NO OPENINGS for YOU for the NEXT TWO FULL DAYS".
Ok. since this has nothing to do with the One Guard Warranty Agreement,(it is something One Guard & the Contractor WHICH YOUR Co. sent out here and One Guard Home Warranty is showing no concern, then I will handle it myself. Then, afterwards, I will provide the written result to you both. If it was fault of your DFW HVAC & Plumbing contractors, then I will expect compensation to cover my expenses".

(Silence)
