It was a 25-seat luncheonette in Waycross, Ga., called The Green Frog and promised “Service with a Hop”. He went on to open the first Olive Garden in Orlando, Florida in 1982. Olive Garden continues to be the number one full-service Italian restaurant company in the country with more than 800 restaurants bringing Italian hospitality to hungry people around the world.

My husband and I were given a gift card to Olive Garden for Christmas. We decided to go to the location on 75th and Thomas, had been there before and it is not too far from where we live. We paid with the gift card and the gal ran it and told us there was no money on the card, she also stated that her manager had also run it and confirmed it. Needless to say we were very embarrassed and of course paid with cash. I did not even think of checking it there on the spot, I jut wanted to leave. As soon as we got home I checked it and of course it had money, the full amount! How the ran it I am not sure, but was very displeased. We wet to the one on Litchfield, used the card, not a problem.

Great Family Restaurant

My family loves Olive Garden. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is good. When you visit this Olive Garden, you get what you can expect from Olive Garden - a long wait, good food, good service, and a fun night out.
