Decent prices. Great staff.

This store is now Kaira's bridal. Don't shop at this store! I am so sorry I bought my wedding dress here. They were constantly leaving me and my maid of honor messages about the wrong wedding party. It took them 5 months to get my maid of honor's dress, even though they said it would be no more than 3 or 4 months. It arrived just one month before the wedding. And then when it came in, she couldn't even get it zipped up! She paid $124 for a dress she couldn't even zip up. I spoke to the owner about the situation and said that they should alter it free of cost or compensate her in some way, but the owner wouldn't work with us at all. She said they could alter the dress but it would be extra. The last time I was at the store, I heard another woman complaining about the same thing. She had ordered a dress and it was about 3 sizes too big. She was complaining because it was going to cost just as much to alter the dress as it did to buy it. I think they purposefully order the wrong size so that they can charge more for alterations. I would never spend one more dollar there. The owner is rude and provides terrible customer service. Very disorganized!

I needed a pair of shoes dyed quickly, at the last moment ( thanks due to Azteca Wedding Plaza ) anyways... I called in advance to make sure they did outside dyeing and was assured they do.. I was even quoted a price and a timeframe when they could be ready in. Excited... I went into the store first thing on Sat ( the weekend before my wedding I might add ) I walked in and the lady behind the counter who looked upset that I interupted her so early in the morning.. asked what I needed? I advised I was there to have my shoes dyed... she looked at the box in my hand.. and said.. not those right? I said yes these..... she advised " Oh we don't do outside dyeing " I advised her I had called and verified that they do.... and that I had even got specific timeframes and prices.. she asked.. well... who told you that? I said .. does it matter? do you do it or not? she replied very snotty.. no we don't.... thanks for the added stress. a Dream Wedding for less... meaning.. less value and Customer Service!
