Went here because I needed something shirt term. Place infested with roaches. Front office so unprofessional. Openly discussed residents to other residents. Heard yelling at residents in open public places. Laundryroom filthy. Kids running wild all hours day and night. If they don't like you they will evict you 38th little or no notice. Don't advise to stay here.

I had no bed bugs and minimal roaches (prob because I kept my apt clean) and my rent was always paid on time.... However when it was time to move out I left moved all my things and cleaned the apartment up... They left it unattended and some neighborhood kids kicked the window a/c out and vandalized the apartment.... I called the office to tell the management that someone called to inform me that someone broke in and tore the place up they told me I did it and hung up!

Started off with place infested with bed bugs. Eventually fumigated. Then terminated lease per their guidelines, asked for final charges, paid them. Turns out they said more was due, never notified me and sent to Collections. $370+ in bogus charges later (which were paid to protect my credit), I am finally done with this dishonest and unethical management group. RENTER BEWARE! They prey on folks with less than desirable credit and don't care what they do to you after you move out.
