OCEAN FLOOR IS A MUST HAVE IN YOUR LIFE!!!! I never knew what a real fish market was until I ventured 'OCEAN FLOOR"!!!!!! I've been a customer for 4 months and Love it!!!

The ocean floor has been nothing but helpful in our journey w/ aquatic life. We will continue bringing our business! Thx guys!

This is the largest fish store I've ever been in and I was very impressed. The best part about the store is the extensive selection of aquarium parts and accessories (filters, plants, etc.) Another cool thing about the store is the koi river going through the middle of a store.

Great selection of foods, lighting, decorations, gravel, rocks, driftwood. Fresh water selection is awesome. Big goldfish tank, fun to watch. No matter if you have a 300 gallon or a 10 gallon tank, they'll have fish for you.

I have been using Ocean Floor Aquarium as my fish store for the past 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. They have fantastic customer service, and these people really know what there're doing. Not to mention an amazing selection of products, imagine a department store completely devoted to fish. The best part however is the enormous selection and quality of the fish they sell. They screen every shipment and species of fish they receive for disease and quality. IMPORTANT: I noticed that another reviewer, who didnt know what they were talking about, wrote that they have tanks full of sick and diseased fish, Dont worry those fish are not for sale, they are in quarantine tanks and are being treated so they can get better. So, no matter how experienced of a fish hobbyist you are you should stop by, you can talk to the friendly employees, take a look around or visit the enormous 4 foot catfish in the front of the store. I guarantee you will have a great time.

I am from Prescott, and there are NO real fish stores up here... So I drive all the way down to Phoenix to have my fish needs met. The staff at the Ocean floor are all VERY knowledgeable and have given me a lot of great info on my fresh water tank... I have NEVER received anything but superb customer service whenever I enter the store. My favorite fish guys are Mike and Luis... Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable there, but I always go to either Mike or Luis, and they really help me out... Recently I started using the Ocean Floor's "Fish Keeper" product, and I have fallen in love! This all natural treatment has really made a great impact in my tank! Thanks Ocean Floor for continuing to hold the best selection and low prices on all of my salt or freshwater fish needs! I've read some other reviews about the prices being too high.... I think the people who wrote those reviews were too high! I've found their pricing to be very competitive!

My husband and I were extremely pleased and satisfied when we went into the store today. We were greeted by a friendly counter person, and found Rick. What a wonderful source of knowledge. He was not the normal pushy salesperson but listened to everything we had to say and made several good suggestions. This is one store that we will visit on a regular basis.

Don't bother going here anymore. The fish are all at least twice the price of other stores. The tanks are dirty and the fish very neglected. Some of the large tanks are over crowded with sick and injured fish. The sales people were too busy visiting with eachother to bother helping customers. Even when we did get some help the sales person disapeared after each fish that he bagged up. He did not come back to give us our fish or see if we needed any other help. The sales person had little knowledge of the fish and their tank systems. Most improtantly !!!!!! THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY FOR FISH OVER $10. YOU ARE SIMPLY OUT OF THE $$ IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THAT FISH. Most of the fish they sale are well over $10. Salt water fish only have 2 days to return for only 1/2 credit. They sell fish that are sick or not thriving and then offer no assistance or return even when one dies less than 24 hours latter. Just don't bother going here.

When I first walk in to their store I was amazed! Big fish tanks, big fish, exotic Fish.... I was blown away. I work for petco and whenever a customer asks me where another fish store is I always tell them about ocean floor.
