Below is a letter I sent to NuMotion:

TO: NuMotion.
To whom it may concern.
I am writing this on behalf of my mother.
We are becoming very concerned with your procrastination to repair my mother's power chair! You told her you were waiting on parts and we all know it does not take this long for parts to arrive. You could receive them by Priority Mail in 2-3 days if you wanted to unless you were waiting for Medicare approval.

My mother needs her power chair so she could use the lift that the loner you supplied her with does Not have! My mother is 87 years old, has no legs and you keep making lame excuses! When she needed new batteries, it took you Months before you even installed them for her! If you are that busy, then hire more repair technicians. Don't make people wait so long! It's almost like you don't care to help people that depend on you. My mother told me when the man brought the loner to her acted like he was angry and was not happy to help her! It took you several weeks just to deliver the loner to her even though you knew her power chair would not take a charge and she was driving around the apartment with an almost completely dead batteries! This is very much uncalled for!!!

I really don't want to call you on the phone because I might become angry hearing your excuses.

I am sorry to say, that I am on the verge to notify the Better Business Bureau to let them know how incompetent you operate you business practice! You need to be far more caring and prompt to your customers.

Please give the help to my mother immediately.

I just got off the phone with my mother.
She said that you made her leave Another message instead of talking to a live person!!
She also said that she received a letter from Medicare stating that the two batteries you ordered were approved. This does Not make any sense to me! Around the beginning of the year, you replaced the batteries with two lead-acid instead of gel. Why would the power chair need new batteries already? Why didn't you perform a diagnostic test while you were at her apartment so you would know exactly what part was needed?

This company has the worst follow up, you may think your parts are being ordered, but they are not being ordered. If you are stuck having to use NuMotion, be aware YOU will need to follow up & push them to get everything done. Good Luck!

did not bring correct equipment that my dr. signed for. no one answers phones or returns messages at their phoenix location. safety issue repair is not taken care of immediately even though law says they should when equipment is UNSAFE to operate.
