this is the worst rv park in phoenix az it has the worst and abusive management in any park i have been to. the manager is a hells angels biker and treats his guest as such. he is an out of control two year old. in a mans body.who carrys a gun in his back pocket and pulles it out when ever he feels like it.and he is a self proclaimed pathological lier. in which i have experianced.the park is run down.and does not even resemble the pictures in the add. those pics were taken many years ago.cable does not work 80% of the time.jucuzzi does not work 80% of the time.washers do not fill with water.there is black mold in the showers, they havent changed shower heads in 4 years.there is dangerus fire hazard dry brush stacked along the south east fence which will cause an out of controll fire.seemed most of the people are gossipers and back stabbers who are accepted into the park so if low cost and filth is acceptable to you.and you dont mind living in a concentration camp.then northphoenix rv park is the trash park for you.
