When our life-long vet retired, we were left with a person that did not meet standard. Fortunately, we found Dr. Frank and she has been wonderful for all our furbabies over the last couple of years and will be our vet of choice for years to come. We cannot thank her enough for the caring and service she and her team provide.

Having second thoughts following an unpleasant incident for my dog Honey at her regular vet's office, I responded to an advertisement in the North Central News for North Central Animal Hospital. Dr. Frank's office is much closer to our home, and while Honey went in with her tail between her legs and shaking all over, we both left smiling and happily wagging our tails!!

I am grateful to have found a caring veterinarian a couple of blocks from my house. We took our pet bunny, Yolanda there because she seemed to be loosing weight. The extensive questions about routine life in our house have never been addressed. In fact this is the first time ever that our habits have been redirected for the health of our bunny. I am so pleased with their treatment and approach, I will be taking our new puppy to them next.

After calling my regular vets office and numerous other places, I was referred to NCAH by the last place I frantically called. I found everyone to be the most helpful, friendly and caring people I've ever met. My 22 year old tortoise was in dire need of emergency medical attention and I was seen immediately. Dr. Franks was honest, knowledgable and caring and I felt a sense of peace when I was speaking with her. She took X-rays and told me what her thoughts were, and what my options were. Even when I asked her if this were her, what she would do, she said she honestly didn't know. She explained that this particular surgery was out of her realm of expertise, and then went out of her way to call on my behalf to see if she could find a surgeon and cost options for my tortoise. The staff was helpful and caring and Heather was exceptionally nice when she explained how she herself felt about her animals when I made the decision to have my tortoise put down. Wendy came in during our visit several times asking if we needed anything at all, and Rochelle was just as nice and pleasant while working at the front desk and checking us out. There was another gal as well, but I didn't catch her name. My point is; I have read some of the reviews on the links (to which I will post on) they have given me and couldn't believe that they and I had gone to the same place, as my experience was nothing like theirs. I honestly feel that God placed me with the people that I needed to be with for the passing of my animal as it was an extremely emotional time for me. I would highly recommend NCAH to anyone.

The staff was very friendly. I did not have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. This was my ferret's first visit to the vet for a check up and her rabies and distemper vaccinations. They were very gentle with her and they were patient in answering all my questions as a first time ferret owner. The facility was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this vet for any pet owners.

I first brought two of my dogs to North Central Animal Hospital to take advantage of a special on Rabies shots that I learned about from the newspaper.Only one of my two dogs actually ended up being due for her rabies shot and the front office staff didn't seem to mind me keeping my other dog inside the waiting area with me while my girl got vaccinated.While I was there I asked about the pricing they have for doggy dental cleaning.I ended up making an appointment for all three of my dogs.They are letting me bring all three in to be examined in the same day. That will be a good time and gas saver.The staff are very friendly while still being professional, After my girl got her shot the vet. tech. even went over the info. that the vet. had printed out for me. Also, got a call the next day to make sure that my girl didn't have any problems from the shot.

What an amazing staff!!!! I enjoyed my experience and my pets LOVE the Dr's. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital to everyone that loves their pet and wants ONLY the BEST care for them.
