i attended north American tech when they were at their tempe location 22 years ago. the course i took was B.E.S.T. (building equipment service tech) paul hawkings was the instructor. I'm currently working at a aerospace and defense group here in phoenix using all my knowledge in the facility maintenance dept that i learned from north American.
