This business is absolutely non-responsive. I called a week prior to the date I wanted to have the company come out to provide me a plumbing estimate. The initial interaction was positive, with the person on the phone being happy and cheerful. The appointment was set, and then the day arrived. The representative did not show up as scheduled. I called to check on what was happening and they said they'd check and call me right back. They didn't call back! I called two more times in a short time period trying to determine if they were going to provide the estimate. I ended up leaving a message, and they didn't bother to return the call. My recommendation - select another firm that is committed to customer service. Noah's Plumbing certainly isn't.
