The only reason I gave one star is because yelp made me do it. The owner is the absolute worst person who does not hire licensed drivers and does not own insured buses.

We booked a 32 person party bus for the night. The ride there was fine, but on the way home the driver ran a red light, realized he did so, stopped in the middle of the intersection, and backed up. The cop sitting at the light pulled us over and we waited an hour and a half on a freezing cold bus because the cops wouldn't let the unlicensed driver get back in to drive us home. When the owner of the company came to pick us up with a new bus and we asked for our money back, he went absolutely crazy, started getting nasty, and would not part with the cash. We finally, after a long drawn out dramatic conversation, were able to get half of our money back. He was furious and sped off through the NEIGHBORHOOD that he dropped us off in at at least 40 mph. When we called a few days later to file a complaint, the same angry owner answered the phone and began to scream horrible inappropriate words at us, his recent customers. This man and this company are not professional and should not be trusted in any way whatsoever. Save yourself the drama and go with a more reputable and kinder company who you know you will be safe with.

Rented a 32 passenger party bus that was to have 7 tv's, all smart phone connections, 3AC's, granite counter tops and tile floors. What showed was a bus that had 3 tv's,dvd didn't work, bathroom was a heat box, bus was dirty from night before, ac's could not keep up with the vent pumping engine heat into the bus. When called to complain, I was called by a name that was not mine & the profanity is exceptional. Give an A+ for language & customer service if you like being treat like scum. DO NOT USE, GO ELSEWHERE!

This guy is a scammer. Do not believe anything he says at all!!!!
