This office is just too busy as they see walk-ins mixed with appointed patients resulting in long wait times to be seen by the doctor. I went in just for lab results and waited over an hour and a half to be seen. One hour in the waiting room then 20 minutes in the exam room. At that point I was starving and had to use the restroom so I stepped outside to tell the front desk I was about to leave. Dr Parker finally came in and it took 1 minute to review my results, then I was done. Both times I saw Dr Parker, he was very hyper, interrupted me before I could finish a sentence and his sense of humor is offensive. Told me to "just don't eat" to lose weight, so basically promoting anorexia. No apology for wasting my time and not once did they show me the bathroom after waiting so long. When I left, I was livid and almost in tears, I was so angry! Took me all day to calm down. They also have a TV that keeps showing an advertisement for a vaginal ring contraception which I find inappropriate and embarrassing with a waiting room full of men! Worst medical office EVER!

I went to no appointment md. For a referral ,I told them while making the appointment that I had a second appointment I needed to be at 3 hours after the appointment they set for me that I must make . They said no problem , it won't take long .they just need to process me as new patient . Needless to say I was stuck there for three hours in one of there back rooms before seeing a doctor who asked me what's the problem . I told her in all of 10 seconds and she said ok we will call you with a referred Dr. Topping this all off ,they billed my insurance company for over 500.00 for these svc . This is an outrage .I'm disgusted with our medical system .No Appointment MD should be ashamed of themselves . Don't go here if you are looking for good svc. Or fair pricing for treatment . Worst Dr. Visit experience I've ever had at a very high price!

STAY AWAY from No Appointment ...

STAY AWAY from No Appointment M D. I went there with back problems, spent 20 minutes in the waiting area and 50 minutes in the waiting room. About 1/2 hour into this a nurse asked me to accompany her for a urine test. I asked what it was for and she told me to check for the list of current medications I had written down.

WRONGO! She lied, they check for illegal drugs.

If this is what you're looking for, physician/cop, enjoy your visit. I walked out, won't be back.

I went to the clinic on 67th Ave and Thunderbird on a Saturday. When I made the appointment, I told the person on the phone that I needed an MMR shot. After driving out to the clinic, they informed me that they did not have the vaccine available for patients on private insurance. They only had it for Access patients. They called another clinic who had the vaccine, but they would not take walk-ins. It did not matter that I had an appointment at the other clinic. If you make an appointment, make sure to ask the receptionist if they have what you need. This was a complete waste of time and an unacceptable level of service.

This place on 05/19/2011 was a totally new staff and prices for walkins jumped from 75 to 110. I was insulted by the MA when I told him my issue. He scolded me for not having a lab done for my thyroid even though I explained I had no insurance. I told him I thought I had a parasite problem. He asked me if I had a history of mental illness. I requested for a parasite testing to be done via the Lab Express paperwork, he informed me that I had no family physician and that I had no medical insurance and now it would cost me an extra amount financially to have that done. He looked at my throat and dismissed the situation. A young lady returned with the paperwork for Lab Express. Today is June 1, 2011 at 3:30pm, and no one has contacted me yet. I left a pleasant voice message requesting a return call a few minutes ago. I have kept a cool head on my shoulders so far. I had visited this office for many years when I had insurance, now I no longer feel confident in what is going on in this place.

Good clinic

My mother and my son have been patients before and have recieved good care. We had Dr. Becker when my son had a ruptured ear drum and she was awesome. the clinic is just down the street from us so makes it convenient in emergencies. We had a 45 minute wait time so better than the ER I guess. Need to take my oldest son there this afternoon so will see how we do then...

Good docs but horrible service otherwise

As I'm writing this I've been on hold for 48 minutes waiting for someone to find the referral coordinator for me. I have left her 10 messages in the past 2 weeks and she won't return my calls. I have been waiting for a referral to a specialist for a month now and when I called my insurance company to find out what the hold up was, they haven't even received the referral yet!!!

The new management is chaotic at best. Over booking appointments causing long wait times, scheduling me for a particular doctor when that doctor isn't even in the office.

The waiting room is hot and noisy and not enough seating for all the appointments they book plus walk ins. At least they've done away with that stupid triage routine.

I have been a patient at No Appointment for about a year. the staff members are patient and kind, the medical assistants are out standing. The doctors are knowledgeable but need to lighten up a bit; but who knows what kind of schedule they are having to juggle. So, I would give them a break.

The most I have waited to be seen is approximately, 30-45 minutes and that's good! Not exceptional but very good. The office is clean and comfortable and the center is readily seen from the corner of Cactus and Cavecreek. This neighborhood needed an urgent care, and I for one am glad that we have No Appointment!

Thank you,

Good but Busy

The waiting area usually takes awhile. My best advice is to get an early appointment if you make this place your usual spot for services. No Appointment MD has good doctors but the wait is sometimes a bother. Pricing wise they are average.
