This service is horrible. They say the departure is every hour. I arrived at the office at 6:50 and the shuttle was gone. I was advised the next one would leave at 8 . Currently it's 930 and we are still in phoenix. These shuttles are dirty, smell and unreliable. you are better off paying extra taking the bus
