National Debt Resolution did absolutely nothing to help me. They made it seem like they wanted to help , but it was all about the money. My "Specialist" changed every month and not one of them ever knew what was going on . I constantly had to fill them in every time I called. They would give me all kinds of excuses, like sorry Alicia is no longer with us. Sorry, Sandy is having family problems. Kaitlyn will get back to you. On and on and on. I was being contacted by my creditors constantly about working out deals and when I would inform National Debt Resolution they would have me fax over all the correspondence and come back to me with the exact same deal the creditor had made with me. So what did I need them for? Oh yeah, to take my money for work they didn't do, and for all the aggravation they caused. They even told me if I were not able to make a payment one month that it was fine it would just take a little longer to settle. The next month they told me I had to make double payments to make up for the one missed payment. Do yourself a favor. Work it out yourself. If you wait long enough, about three months or so your creditors will be in touch ready to work with you. You don't need any debt relief company especially National Debt Resolution!!!
