When I walk in to the store, the guy already brings me the clothes without checking the receipt. Super fast! Super friendly!

I will never use this dry cleaners again. I used them for more than two years and had to have been one of the most frequent customers, spending approximately $50 per week on dry cleaning. At my last pick up, I was informed that the prices would be increasing effective with my next service. When I questioned why, the response was shocking. It wasn't that there was an overall increase being implemented, but rather only one for me specifically. Why? Because I am overweight and my clothes are bigger than normal, therefore my cost to clean would be increasing accordingly. Can you believe it? Do the small people get a discount? If not, you should request it if you are still using this service. I, for one, will never return there and hope that the guy loses every single customer for his rude and inappropriate comments.



Make your choice. Use an obvious discriminator of people for your dry cleaning or use someone else locally that treats all people the same, regardless of size, color or otherwise
