Veronica porfavor llamame tengo preguntas para usted

Poor services. Veronica is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. She filed our taxes all wrong. We got denied and didn't receive our refund. Called IRS and they said that she filed them wrong and didn't even send all the paperwork. When we went back to pick up our forms to refile somewhere else she got mad and screamed and cursed at us and wanted us to pay for the work she did. She ignored our calls and hid in her office when we would go look for her. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
