This is the second time using Mr B's and there is a reason...the job was done right!!! From the heads up call the day before, the clean and well secured bouncy, to the on time service by his crew, it was all perfectly done. We had no worries, but to just have FUN! Thanks again Guys!!

For the past three years I have used Mr. B's for my daughter's birthday parties. Not only was the "Princess" bouncy awesome they came two hours early to set up and came back a little later so all the kids where worn out! We also rented their son Kone machine and bubble machine and everything was perfect. Mr. B is always so nice on the phone and so were the guys he sent out. Very nice company! I will keep on using them.

Mr. B's is the best. Prompt, clean and always nice!

I ordered a bouncy house from Bobby ,and the price was right , and even delivered one hour early for no extra charge . Thanks Bobby I'm looking forward again for next year Emilio

Never delivered the bouncer we had agreed upon. When I called him he gave me a rude response "take it or leave it but I don't give refunds" once I said I hadn't paid his employees yet he said "either you want it or not or don't waste my time". He knew I was gonna keep it because he was putting me in a situation where I would leave my daughter without a bounce house on her birthday. Bobby is the rudest person to work with, oh and he writes his own "GOOD" reviews using different aliases. Don't fall for his SCAM like I did......you will regret it. I will never use him again and would NEVER refer him to any of my family and friends.

I called to get more information about the bouncy houses and the guy who answered was extremly rude as if I was bugging him for asking questions. Definitly NOT going with him

I was so thrilled with the bouncy house and the great service we received from Mr. B's! My daughter's birthday party was a huge hit with an awesome bouncy house. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous and had it set up in our back yard in 10 minutes!

Needed chairs and tables and he was able to get them to me quickly. Will not forget the huge favor he did for us here at our company. Will recommend and use again in the future. Good customer service and friendly people.MFS

Needed 14 chairs for party. 1. He would not even try to help. 2. Would not even let me come pick them up. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Poor Customer Service.

Mr. B's Moonwalk was refered to me by a cousin who has used his services for several years.I expected good service and equipment and the actual experience far exceeded expectations.The communication over the phone was professional and pleasant. The equipment was like new, and best of all my twin daughters and their friends had a memorable birthday party. I will use Mr.B's again next year. (My husband was very happy with the price).

What a special experience Mr. B provided for the children of our church group. Timely delivery and excellent customer service. The cotton candy was yummy to the tummy and the spin art machine was a big hit. Mr. B will have a special spot in my rolodex. Thanks again Mr. B and God bless!

When a business does a GREAT job for you, let others know! Mr. B's Moonwalks did just that! The owner, Bobby, reiterated to us not to worry about a thing, that his guys will be on time and set everything up, and they did. All our questions and concerns were handled and eliminated, which allowed "Momma" and our friends to just enjoy a memorable "Batman" birthday party for my son and his other little maniac buddies.
