Nearly four years ago I walked in to Vitality Health & Fitness. I told Denise, the proprietor of this great place, that I didn't want to sign a contract and only planned on training for 3 months. What, no contract,no sales gymics either? The trainers are terrific, highly skilled and the environment is energizing. They motivate me and provide invaluable health advice. If you are looking for a fashion show, don't waste your time. Make-up is not a requisite, nor are matching lycra outfits. Working out there has helped me physically but the bonus has been emotionally too.
