worse Dr in Phoenix. Never returns phone calls. The office staff and managers are complete morons, havent a clue whats going on. Dont answer phone for days, let the machine do it. Dr is very rude, uncaring and the worse bedside manners Ive ever experienced. This place sucks so bad! even one star is too much

The worst experience ever!

I got there, the place looks dirty and stuff not professional at all!

Not even got to see the Dr., they had a practitioner nurse; and when I was explaining my situation, she just said, sorry we can't help you! This was very rude and honestly got rip off, I didn't get treated with my problem but they did take my $40. Copay! Very upsetting! If you are a new patient, just put your money y give to them and walk away. And find another Dr office that will care and listen to you!

WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE!!

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to Dr. Leslie Edison or Moon Valley Medical Center!! This is the absolute worst practice I've ever been to. You may get an appointment, but don't let that fool you - you may never actually see the doctor!! I have routinely waited for 2-3 hours each visit. Each time, I'm finally escorted to the "little room" - only to be left waiting for another hour or so. NEVER does anyone come back to check on you or tell you that the doctor is busy and will be awhile. Finally, when someone does come in - it's some sort of intern who will ask you the exact questions the assistant who first brought you back asks you. When they leave, they say, "The doctor will be with you shortly." Oh really??? My last appointment (ever) was last week - was once again kept waiting in the "little room" for an hour and a half. I finally got up and asked the oh-so-helpful assistant if Dr. Edison was in fact in the building. I was told she was and that I was "next." Sure thing. Took my chart and walked out. Adios Edison!
