He put an abandon car claim in on my car 2 weeks after getting it so it could be fixed. I paid to get my car back and it took almost 3 weeks for him to tow my car back to my house. He waited 2 weeks before putting another claim in so he could get the title but got pissed off when I called the dvm and told them he didn't have it. He keeps putting claims on so he can get the car and still hasn't given me my keys back

Dishonest and Absolute Crooks



My car broke down and Central Towing came to pick me up. He said the my problem was minor and could be fixed by the end of the day at Mike's auto repair. The repair was not done until the next day and I received my bill. After doing some research, calling where the place they receive their parts from, I discovered that they had increased the cost of parts from what they actually cost at NAPA by around 30-50%. They also charged me $70 for a twenty minutes of labor. Two days later there's a rattling noise where the repair had been done and that the car was now overheating. Since I had a warranty I called. I explained this to the receptionist and brought in the car. They said that they didn't hear any rattling noise and charged me $85 for a diagnostic fee because I had mentioned the car was overheating and they had checked my fan without informing me that there would be a charge for this. I received the quote concerning the fan and then went to two other places that offered quotes that were less than HALF what my quote was.



This place is a rip-off in the worst sort of way. Just because they offer a free ride doesn't mean that they won't try and gouge you for every penny. I ended up losing almost $300 dollars for a simple repair in the end that still isn't fixed and was quoted double what a reputable auto-shop would charge for another simple repair.



Central Towing and Mike's Auto Care are a scam that will bleed you for every penny

I have been taking my vehicles to Mike's Auto for the past 10 years and not once have I had an issue with them. I have sent my wife to have her vehicle serviced and she always says she was treated with respect and courtesy. I have used other repair shops all over Phoenix and have heard the scare tactics in order to sell you the repair. I am not Family, Just a loyal customer who would recommend Mike's Auto to anyone looking for a Shop they can trust!!

do not go there.. they screwed us out of 3900$$ the car is no good!! they rigged it enough to keep it running til after the lemon law 15 days! then it blew up on us!!!!! we bought the car there.. it started acting funny the very next day he told us nothing was wrong we went back and said we will have someone else look at it.. then he said if we do he wont help us.. im standing outside his shop with my sign until he does right by us!!

This place and its owners are crooks!!! They stripped the bolts on my car and then tried to force me to pay for a towing job so that they could fix THEIR damage. When I told them I was calling the police to file a report (which I did) they told me 'good luck with that'. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING SUCH AN UNREPUTABLE COMPANY!!! I'M ALSO CALLING 3-ON-YOUR-SIDE, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND NAPA! I took pictures of the damages, have my receipts where I had to pay for it to be fixed somewhere else, and have my next door neighbor as a before and after witness...we're going to court!

they claim they give u free towing anywhere in phoenix , then they charge you for fuel charge for towing ..

They don't lie to you and have great service.

This shop is the reson people think Mechanics are liars. The other person who left the review must be the owners wife. They racked up my ticket, did work on my car that was not authorized, and harassed me when I questioned them about. I would not recomend that anyone take their vehicle to these dishonest sconderals.

I was driving along on Cholla street when my car broke down. I was very mad with my car for breaking down and i didn't knew what to do. I went to through my glove compartment when i found a Mike Auto Repair card a friend had given me. I called their number and about 20 minutes later a tow truck came along that was Central Towing which is also known as Mikes Auto Towing. My car was towed to their shop which was fixed a day later and only cost me 320$. I was very inpressed with their speed and price.

I went to mikes auto repair and they where the most efficient and polite people I have ever taken my car to. They had my car fixed in half the time other companys had quoted me to fix my car. There overall service is extroardinary and I would reccomend anyone to go there.

My car broke down on the highway at 2:30 in the morning and i had my little girl with me, i called Mikes Auto & Towing and they had someone there within 35 minutes. It was a very low rate and the guys where very nice and helpful.
