Nothing more than a recruiting call center. Hires new grads at lower pay and phases out established experienced nurses. Inadequate training for nurses within the company. Nurses show up late habitually. Recruiters constantly calling nurses and families. "In service" training meetings nothing more than a cheerleading rally to get current nurses ro recruit more nurses. Unable or unwilling. To provide work for exerienced and established nurses. Very unorganized. Very disrespectful to the nursing staff. Paid by the federal government for nursing care, finangles paperwork to keep patients who no longer need skilled nursing on the books. Recruiters get a commission off the nurses wages thus the reason they don't use experienced seasoned nurses. They pay new grads lower wage but bill the government the same as they would an experienced nurse. Steer Clear!

This company is paid by the government. The government would benefit to check them out! They are paying this company for services rendered to patients, yet the people that sign up NEVER get any assignments! They need a thorough investigation of this company's books!! All the individuals that I know that have signed with this company are NEVER offered any work, they take up alot of their time, and take personal information from them! MGA goes to the State Board of Nurses directory and gets names and numbers to call people and sign them up to make it look like they are doing legitimate business! Stay away from this company!!!!
