I have used Metro Lock & Safe for 25+ years. They have always exceeded my expectations and needs when in a pinch or when I was just looking for direction about my day-to-day security concerns. Not once have I ever felt as if I were being taken advantage when the bill came. They may not be the least expensive, but do you really want the least expensive guy setting your locks or knowing you have a large safe.

I called Metro Lock and Safe and had them come out to the house to replace a key latch. The tech did the job quickly and the door know works well now. HOWEVER, the bill was $121.50. When I wrote to Metro Lock, I got a letter back that said with the Trip charge of $75.00 plus the labor and the cost of the new key latch, that is the correct price. THEIR WEB SITE CLEARLY SAYS NO TRIP CHARGE! I will NOT nor never recommend Metro Lock and Safe. Sorry, but I don't like deception.

I have been using services of Phoenix Locksmiths, Metrolockandsafe for years and have always seen that they do a great job. Most of the local locksmiths in Phoenix are not licensed/registered therefore you can never trust them especially when you have to change your car keys, or door locks. Recently I used them to break open some old file cabinets in an office which I had rented. They explained to me that they would not be breaking open the file cabinets, but simply the locks. The locks were replaced within a couple of few minutes :)I would surely recommend their services.

I would like to thank phoenix locksmiths, metro lock and safe for their help !! We had lost our home keys on our way back home and had no access to our house. We also contacted various local phoenix locksmiths, but none of these locksmiths reached our place.
