This company is light years behind in so many ways. If I could give Metco a negative 10 stars i would. I used this company for almost 2 years and when i first called them it was a long drawn out process to get a quote and set up an account. Recently I brought a pallet of items to be yellow zinc plated as I always do and when you pick items up the person comes up to the will call window with a piece of paper to write your credit card information down. Not sure if that's legal but never questioned it. After looking at my bank statement discovered they over charged me by 300%. I called the office and asked them to credit my card for the overcharge and they agreed. Remember I have been using them for almost 2 years and the charge per piece is always the same. When i received my bank statement and discovered the credit was not their i called them. Their response was "we credited your account" we did not credit your card. The next time I dropped off a pallet of pieces they sent me an e mail
