So,while this non-profit Mercy Care Advantage Plan has great Doctors and benefits,

however as a member for over 20 years,frankly their two taxi cab companies they use

Discount Cab & AAA Transportation right along with a number of Mercy Care Advantage and their transportation section @ 602-200-3629 are total incompetents right along with both Discount Cab and AA A Cab dispatchers as I have had to file

Six Formal Complaints about both Discount Cab & AAA Cab and failure to pick me up

and take me to my various Doctor and Lab Appointments and which happened again

today Friday May 13 2011 when Discount Cab never showed up to take me back home from Sonoran Qwest Labs and the dispatcher at Mercy Care Transportation

lied and claimed "We donot have you in our computer"and got real lippy with me.

Iam on 24/7 Oxygen and was left waiting for 50 minutes outside in the 97 degree

hot weather and two calls later Discount Cab showed up I filed a formal complaint with Mercy Care Advantage about it ASAP after I finally got home. AVOID Discount Cab.
