Took a purse in there last Jan. went back 3 times, purse not fixed. Left it that he would call when fixed. Went in today and he couldn't find my purse. He admitted he might have given it to another lady. He would not reimburse me for my purse. Don't go here.

Tom's Mega Shoe Repair and Leather took extra the extra time to make sure all of my questions and needs were taken care of. They were very patient and didn't rush me like most businesses do today. Phone calls to their business are also handled the same way! Thank you Tom!
