it was fun to shop from mega furniture the customer service also is very good, they have very reasonable prices and apart from that they still give discounts.

great experience, there was a great variety to choose from also the salespersons were very nice and also the delivery was perfect.

I recently moved to Phoenix and was looking for Furniture for my new home, I visited Mega furniture store at 67th ave Indian school rd, The store was impressive with different models of furniture. They have the very good collection in very low prices,Sales representatives were very helpful and showed each and every bedroom set with patience (I am very picky). They gave great package deal to set up my bedroom,living room and patio too. Manager helped me to design the good bedroom set and living room set when I showed her pictures of my home.I am happy with my furniture and the way the delivery guys set up my furniture in my home.

I recommend Mega furniture as they are good in giving deals, They have great collection of furniture. The best part is that they do no credit check financing option which helps to pay of the furniture.



Overall service from the management and customer service is good. I got the couches which I wish to buy in affordable price. The collection of mattress sets are very good with modern and most updated series. Delivery people helped me in fixing the couches in the right place.

We went to check it out it was hot no ac just floor fan in az summer it's over priced for everything bit they say they will give u a discount ? Really limited selection

Wow, they have some great deals on furniture but their customer services is the worst I've ever seen. My wife and I bought a new couch, loveseat and recliner at a great price and with the savings we paid to have it delivered. So 7 days later we come home from work on a Wednesday to find a message on the machine saying that the delivery guy was out front and why didn't we answer the door!?!? A second message said we would have to call to reschedule the delivery....neither message left a phone number to call back.

When we called back on Thursday (after looking up the number) to reschedule for Saturday there was no issue...until they didn't show up! When we called to complain they said the warehouse had us scheduled for Monday morning. I told them the history of this delivery and they said it was our fault for not being there during the day on Wednesday. I told the manager that nobody called us about the delivery, but apparently the delivery person wrote down that he had called and confirmed with us!!! And the manager sided with the delivery person and would not work with us at all. She said it was too late to deliver on Saturday and Sunday was booked. She wouldn't refund or reduce the delivery price and wouldn't try to fit us in on Sunday.

Now I have to take a half day off from work to wait for them yet again!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!



UPDATE:

The Saga continues.... So we waited all day Saturday for naught. After much arguing and trying to get them to discount the delivery charge we rescheduled for Tuesday. but guess what! The warehouse is closed on Tuesday so they rescheduled for Wednesday without telling us! So my wife took a 1/2 day off from work for no reason....and they expect us to bend over and do it again tomorrow!
