My friends at work insisted I try this shop as they have been customers of medinas auto for a long time. They said I could have my diagnostic waived if I repaired it with them and I said. "No way. No one does that" and they were right. They said they could also help shuttle me home after dropping off my car and I said. "No way. Its too far" and they did. They were right about low prices and great work but they did not mention one important thing that hooked me right away. Its family owed and run by the actual owner who is a great guy. I have gone twice since my first visit ( for oil changes) and he is always there doing the actual work. I love to have one person working on my car getting to know what it needs. I now drive across town for an oil change. WELL WORTH IT!

I recently took in my 1993 ford f150, which was having emissions issues. It took them 2 days to repair my truck. The day I picked it up, I went out to my truck excitedly got in fired it up and the check engine light came on. Went back inside and I told the man, whom I think was the owner, that my check engine light was stil on. He said drive it around the light will go off. So I drove it to work wich is about 30 miles, light would go off and on.so I called them Friday morning 8am left a message because the open at 9am. Never Heard back, so I called back at 11:30 am that same day.I told grace my truck was still doing the same thing, with hesitation she told me to bring it in. Took it back Friday after work the same man met me at the door, I told him the problem he said letc take it for a drive. It did the same thing, he said my fuel level was low and to fill it up and my problem would be solved. WRONG!!! I spent almost $600.00 for repairs that did not fix the problem. I priced the parts they didn't even come out to $100.00 yet they charged me $600.00 I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle let alone my truck

This place is great and reasonable. The manager goes through the entire car and actually shows you the problems that are present. I received fast and quality service.
