I have had several massage's now from Sandra. She is great! I look forward to each massage I get here every month! If your looking for a place to go...give this one a shot and ask for Sandra! She is amazing and you won't be disappointed with the experience! Enjoy!

This was the worst experience I have had in customer service. I tried to get a refund for a gift card I purchased the day before and I was told there is no such thing as a gift card refund. I was repeatedly told that their policy is written and clearly stated. As I was talking with the "manager," I mentioned that it was not stated on any counter, product, flyer anywhere in the office or mentioned to me prior to purchase. The counter clerk said it was written on the back of the card, which I reminded her was never explicitly mentioned when I bought it. In fact the clerk just placed it in it's holder and handed it to me, yesterday, and did not mention any of the policy prior to charging me for the amount. All I received in snarky "advice" was; "Well it's on the card, soooo." This blatant disregard of even trying to work with me has made me clearly lose faith in the Massage Envy's of improving a customer's health and stress level. I would not recommend this location based on their lack of professionalism, willingness to work with a customer when they have pointed out the areas of improvement and overall experience.

love the membership and the entire experience at Massage Envy. The staff is friendly and my therapist is excellent. That is one of the reasons I like having it monthly. It is relaxing, soothing and overall an extremely pleasant experience. I recommend it to everyone.What's really nice is that the individuals remember who we are each and everytime we arrive for our appointments. They are very friendly. The greetings are always pleasant and scheduling the next appointment is a breeze."

"I had just done with a run that morning, and was having tightness in my hamstrings.I literally walked in just as a cancellation had taken place and was able to get into the available slot. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. Amanda was obviously very educated in massage therapy and knew what I needed and where. I was so pleased that I ended up signing a 6-mos contract!"

I've had back pain for the last 3 years. Since I have been going to Massage Envy my back pain has virtually disappeared. Every therapist I have been to has been very knowledgable and skilled.

Great prices, terrific atmosphere, skilled therapists and a friendly staff.
