Their tech did not seem to be ...

Their tech did not seem to be very capable or knowledgeable. He appeared to be guessing what the problem was with my air conditioner. I could have guessed on my own. At that point I'm already being billed for the trip fee so I told him to proceed with the attempt, which fixed nothing but still cost me $266.58. They also tried the upsell. Aggravating to deal with, I suggest avoiding this company.
