My roommate called Marc the day after a person attempted to break-in to his bedroom. The entire glass pane shattered. Marc came out the same day measured. He gave us a price that I could afford. He was kind and personable. The payment was half down and the rest upon installation. Our window was repaired this afternoon by two of his crew. I would highly recommend Marc for his great service and caring personality.

Glass Replacement

I Called Marc's on 04-02 12 for window glass replacement size 33 5/16 x 28 7/16 x 5/8 oa low e.d.p quoted $299- 329 and up with 347.07 but they send 2 people to take measurement next day,and excuse after couple time wrong size finally they change glass on 4-26-12 but when I ask for warranty and recite it was horrible experience deal with person name Bob.they give me 10% of because they missed all schedule they did over almost 4 weeks.the biggest problem for him was issue recite even I ask him for by phone on 4-24-12 at 3:59 when he call me to cancel work for that day. for Warranty and recite.all try to do "Bob" is try abuse me by saying he is going to send me to collection,take down glass. I didn't understood why I never refuse to pay bill just asking for recite. now my question is Is something wrong ask for recite or? during all conversation his worker was listening couldn't believe. wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all.

I called Marc's Glass to do an estimate on 11/14/11 on our home to replace ALL of the windows and sliding glass doors in our new home. I called today to find out when I would be receiving the estimate. The woman (and i use this term loosely) named Marie was the biggest c**t in the world! She had attitide with me from the moment she said hello. She insisted that she had sent me the estimate, but wouldn't confirm which email address she had sent it to NOR would she tell me when she sent it. She just kept saying that she wasn't in the office (so why did she even answer the damn phone?!), and after about 2 minutes of this attitude, I couldn't take it anymore. I told her that she was a f**king b***h and told her I no longer wished to do business with their company. With an attitude like that, she just cost her company about $8000 in business. I will also be emailing the owner to let him know about my experience with Marie. Save yourself the aggravation and just call someone else!

As we appreciate feedback of all types, this is a classic case of misunderstanding. As advertised, we are operate a 24/7/365 service. In order to give our customers this type of service, our certified technicians and customer service managers are (always) on call. When emergency calls come in after business hours, of course one of our service managers answers call. On this call our service manager was driving on the road and was unable to pull up this customers account information to inform of the status of the e-mail estimate. Since our customer as stated in her complaint was unable, unwilling and uncivil enough to wait less than 30 minutes until her information could be confirmed, we are not sorry to lose the business. We strive to provide the highest customer service to all clients, to us this means providing them with the most personal professional level of service as possible. RIP OFF!!!!!

I called Marc's Glass to have my window replaced. I gave them a size over the phone and they asked me a couple of questions. They quoted me $ 328.22 for a single pane piece of glass! I asked if maybe they were quoting me for a dual pane because of how high the price is they said "No", that was for a single pane. I called another glass company and they quoted me $ 101.78. You should have no question on what company I ended up going with. In a nut shell this company is money hungry and could careless about having return customers for there buisness.

Amazing Service

I had a break in to my business, Marcs Glass was there in an hour,replaced my glass on the spot and saved me over $500.00 by not having to board up my window, they had the safety glass in stock.I will always use them

If you've ever had a broken window in the middle of a thunderstorm you know the headache. Cant sleep, everything getting wet, etc... Marc's Glass came out to my house within an hour even in the storm and was getting glass put back into my window right then and there. Great job guys!
