I am very pleased with the services I receive from Maid Brigade. The office staff is very friendly and they accommodate me when I need to exchange my cleaning day. The cleaning ladies are very polite and do a good job without supervision. They also call me when they are enroute to I can watch for them.

I have had a similar experience with Michelle in the North Scottsdale office. We no longer use maid brigade and would not recommend their services. We were quoted a price for our home, had 3 cleanings and then Michelle attempted to increase our bi weekly rate by $40.00. It was this and the negative and unprofessional responses from Michelle that resulted in our canceling of cleaning services.

Do not employ the services of the Northeast Valley location. I have never used a cleaning service until today, when Maid Brigade came to clean my kitchen, among other things. I specifically hired Maid Brigade because I was concerned that in the unlikely event an item in my home was damaged, I would be insured against and reimbursed for such damage. I am paying a premium for this protection (as opposed to resorting to hiring a cheaper, unlicensed, uninsured service). As luck would have it, the service team somehow managed to break my microwave. When I contacted the local office to advise them of the damage and inquire what the process is to lodge a complaint for damages, the representative on the phone - Michelle - was resistant and immediately, defensively refuted my claim by saying "nothing like this has ever happened" and "my team has no reason to lie" and "my team says that they told you the microwave was broken." The first two retorts are irrelevant and the third is simply untrue. All I wanted to know is what the procedure is to lodge a complaint for damage -- I was not seeking to engage in a debate about microwave technology and morality. Needless to say, I am inscensed to have to endure this after paying $200+ to have a kitchen and 3 bathrooms cleaned. I will continue to seek some sort of resolve to this matter, but based on Michelle's resistance to assist me, I am not optomistic. I hired this service to simplify my life, not complicate it.
