Since Mac Gray has been bought out by CSC, I have had nothing but problems with the company. I have 16 washers and 12 dryers in an RV park that is filled with Snowbirds this time of year. I have called and submitted service requests 5 times this week to have them collect the coins. I now have 7 washers out of order because they are full of quarters. I CAN'T GET THE COMPANY TO COLLECT THE QUARTERS SO I CAN MAKE THEM MORE MONEY!!!!! WHAT'S UP!

THE WORST in customer service. Last go around with fixing machine was 6 days, They came yesterday and the machine is still broken and want me to wait another 6 days. This is the norm for their company, no local communication, just Dallas Texas. Phone here is never answered. Wish I could give a zero
