The place is decent. The utilities included are nice. The air conditioning worked okay. I had problems with roaches for a long time. They sent an exterminator several times but they never went away. I saw them coming in through the faucets so I assume my apartment wasn't the one housing them.The management is terrible. They take things out of your security deposit for stuff they are suppose to take care of. (Washing carpet due to normal wear. Repainting the walls). I was informed these were "givens" and that I should've assumed they would've been taken out of my security deposit. They did not give me a 'damage report' list when I moved in and did not give me a copy of my lease. The grounds crew does a good job. The maintenance people are slow to get the job done and unless you file a written notice saying you will hire someone else to fix it and will deduct the cost from your rent they will not get the job done.
