DO NOT TRUST Lothar Goernitz or his pal Attorney Mr. Michael P. Lane @ Lane and Nach. Lothar is a liar and a cheat. Lothar is not a man of honor or respect. If you happen to get in contact with Lothar do not believe anything he says he will lie for his benefit. Lothar will tell you he is going to help you but he will not. I am still after a year waiting for him to do what he said he would do. Instead he side steps his oblation and doesn’t return phone calls. Lothars business practices are shallow and manipulative and should not be trusted by anyone. I have had the unjust, horrid, painful, and torturing pleasure of dealing with Lothar and his attorney Mr. Michael P. Lane. Mr. Lane is no saint either. He is also a liar and the type of attorney that gives attorneys a bad name. Michael has said on several occasions he was going to take care of everything and did not. Michael will not return phone calls either. He pawns you off on his receptionist and his assistant. Neither Lothar or Michael have the ability or the knowledge to do what he say they are going to and that is what makes them liars. If you can not produce do not tell people you can. After having to deal with these two people and their lack of ability to do what they say they are going to do for over a year I hope you can understand why I would feel the way I do.
