Stay away! Completely unprofessional company. Obviously you have to check their work before paying them. After reviewing the poorly done job, that is when Anthony went crazy. There were open nail holes everywhere. A couple of the shutters were not level. I refused to make payment until he fixed the items. He wanted me to pay him & he would come back to fix it. I deal with contractors on an every day basis. I know he'll never come back. He told me shadows or the weight of the shutters were the problem & there is nothing he could do. I know better. He insulted me, my house & the work environment. He complained about the height of the shutters. He came and measured everything! He knew exactly the job but got so out of control when I asked him to fix his poorly done job. I would not pay until he fixed those items so he was going to tear all the shutters back off the house again. I had to threaten to call the police to get him to stop. He was way out of control, insulting & unprofessional. Then he decided if he was going to fix his poorly done job, he was going to charge me extra for that. After arguing with me, he then demanded cash. I gave up my Labor Day holiday to accommodate this guy. He wants all cash now when no bank is open for an over $9000 job. He scheduled us for 5 to 7 weeks. I had to call him after a couple of months to see what was going on. He had no time to schedule me in to complete the work so the only way I could get the job done was to have it done on Labor Day. Take my advice, do not do business with this company. After all of his tirade & having to threaten the police to get him under control, he then comes back & says his machine could not do the size of the shutter & he apologizes for the shutter not being right. Apparently being aggressive has worked for him in the past. Do you want to work with a contractor like this? Spend a little extra money to get a better quality product & a way more professional company. It will save you a lot of grief.
