I am not writing a review concerning the Company itself. I am writing a review concerning a specific Driver for the company. The driver is unknown at this time.

I was a passenger in a vechicle with a family member who was driving, coming down a neighborhood side street passing an Elementary School area, at 8pm on Oct 16th. As we were passing the ENTRANCE LANES of the school, a Lively Distribution truck was exiting (yes, exiting an entrance only lane), coming from the passenger side of our vehicle, never attempting to stop before roadway, nearly inches from smashing the passenger side of vehicle where I was sitting. His speed seemed faster than a residential neighborhood speed limit, which would be much less for a parking lot.

By the Grace of God, had the driver of the vehicle I was sitting in, managed to swerve, and avoid the impact from the truck, or we would have been struck, and I most likely not have survived. As we passed, swerving, avoiding the impact, I sat there starring at the truck, close enough to our car, if my hand was out the window, it would of been lost, this tells me truck was in roadway, as we were passing. Again, he never stopped. Driver of the car I was in regained control, slowed, and stopped on curb 10 or so feet from the driveway where we avoided the collision. What'd the truck do? Drove right passed us, and continued, never stopped to check on us, never stopped to appologise, never stopped to care.

We managed to follow it long enough to clearly get truck description, name of company, and phone number. There is no truck ID or "hows my driving" located on back of truck. The individual I was riding with, after stopping in a shopping plaza lot, called the number, and made a complaint on company voice mail. This driver should no longer be alloud to drive for this company if this is how he continues to drive.
