Manager of Royal Palm Village is Jenifer.

Assistant of Manager is Jenifer's brother: Carlos.

Maintenance guy is Jenifer's husband.



If you will complain anything against one of them to another, they all will stand against you.



If you ask Jenifer any question she always screams. She thinks if you rent her apartment you will be her slave. No ETHIC at all.



These apartment link have one big problem. And this problem is Jennifer and her corrupted system. I will not be surprised if she stealing money from link budget.



Pool is in green color.

No security.

No cameras.

Sanitary-ware are from 1980.

This apartment complex is also known as Royal Palm Village or The Links Apartments and this is the worst place you can ever rent in Phoenix! The rent has no security at all. There are no security cams and you will find any kind of people from the streets walking on the parking lot overnight or sleeping on the dumpsters. Also you can hear people screaming or crying very loud overnight. This issues has been reported to the management with no success at all. This place used to have a security guy watching overnight but (for some reason) he quit long time ago. The police helicopter flights on top of the property at least twice a week lighting up the property hunting for offenders or delinquents who usually hide on the parking lot or the dark land beside the property. The police also makes raids several times in a month. They have arrested several people hidding from them on the parking lot. Maintenance is nothing but a show. If you have an emergency they WILL NOT answer the phone. So forget about water heater issues on winter or AC on summer (it happened to me). If you have a complain and leave a message after a week when you have time to go to the office they will tell you that they called you and you didn't answer the phone. Office hours are from 8:00AM to 6:00PM? haha that's what is written on the door sign; but if you go (any day of the week) from 11:00am to 2:30pm you will fing an "open" sign on the door and nobody is there. They are all family and they lie to protect each other. You will never meet the landlord and that is understandable; but then who can you complain to about the staff issue?short story NOBODY. There have been STOLEN CARS AND BURGLARIZED APARTMENTS DURING DAYTIME! Hopefuly this review can save a life. Be aware of this property!
