Great place to get all of your mental health services if you are SMI. Case managers change a lot but that happens everywhere when people leave. They have more doctors here than most clinics. I can do groups and activities here, nurse, doctor, and I got help for housing. They don't have housing but they will put in a referral for you or help you find a place to get a voucher. They helped me get my meds.
