This appraisal company used the parcel numbers that were 15 miles from my property. They now refuse to correct the appraisal and will not take any phone calls. It has stalled the loan process. They were very rude and not professional once I was able to talk to someone.

This company took THREE weeks to get the appraisal done. That was ridiculous! When he finally did complete the report, he made many errors. DO NOT use this company!
