Customer service was horrible. They wore no name tags and said they did not accept my insurance even though I had been comiong there for 6 years. I called my insurance company and they told me they did have a contract with them. We argued, and I left, frustrated. Aetna is not a good insurance either. They are very difficult to get hold of on weekends for this kind of service. Also the dental insurance I have with them was a scam.
