I have been going to desert pain and rehab for 5 months and Dr Ratcliff was my Dr. He was great.He no longer sees ongoing patients so I had to see Roxanne Leisky. She was HORRIBLE! This lady tried to tell me that she was a doctor and that she knew more about pain management that Dr Ratcliff. First off she is a Nurse practitioner not a doctor and secondly her bed side manner is the worst I have ever seen. This "Dr." was so very rude, that she yelled at me, walked away from me while I was in the middle of asking her a question about my meds, and then went into another room and criticized me to another person. Calling me names and sharing the things that were in my file.You were able to hear her through the whole office! I have never felt so embarrassed or angry in my life. This was very unprofessional and should never happen. We are suppose to trust our Dr.'s. What happened to patient doctor confidentiality? I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. She should find a different profession!
