DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The estimator (Ron) is completely untrustworthy as estimators go. He recommended a particular size trailer for our house and it came up VERY short. We ended up having to rent a 16 foot truck to get all of our belongings to the new city. This gross error cost us over $1300.00 in additional expense that we did not budget for. The 3 man crew that came to pack the house did not have enough packing supplies and I had to go and buy more boxes from Lowes and as soon as they figured out all of our belongings were not going to fit in the trailer they quit working. They did not finish packing our belongings or even staging it so we would have an easier time loading the leftovers into the rented truck. When I contacted the company to let them know about this issue they never called me back when they said they would. When I spoke to Ron, he told me directly that he “Did not care about my issue and that he didn’t want to talk to me.” Even after speaking with the owner, Glen, he said he would call me back and I have not heard a word from him. If you are looking to hire a company to make your move easier and less stressful, this is NOT the company to hire!
