The smartest criminal defense attorney I have yet to meet. I was Attorney Alex Lane's client with a felony criminal drug charge. The results he got me were far better than I or anyone else, including other attorneys ever expected for my case which carried a likely jail/prison sentence, along with years of probation to follow and other new charges, and a high possibility for a felony conviction to stay on my permenent record (background checks re:employment hardships for life, loss of the right to vote, right to bear arms -- LOSS OF CERTAIN CIVIL RIGHTS FROM NOW UNTIL THE DAY I DIE....) I was just hoping Atty. Alex Lane could keep me out of prison and if I was lucky, only in jail for 3-6 months. I do not wish to speak too soon, but in 36 hours it is very likely my felony will be designated a misdemeanor, and I will no longer possess a criminal record ever again. I will have my civil rights restored also....likely..
