I was very excited to have a doctor so close to my home in Laveen. However, I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The doctor seems to be OK, but the staff is rude and doesn't seem to know what they're doing. After visiting their office for two appointments, and again to pick up a release form they did not tell me that I had to pay $50 to have some paperwork filled out. When I called the following week to check on it, they let me know that they couldn't send the paperwork until I paid. Then they told me that I would have to come in to pay it instead of taking my payment over the phone. I had been off of work for two weeks and I wasn't about to take more time off to go down and pay in person. Then they needed to refer me to a specialist, except the specialist they referred me to doesn't treat the ailment that I was diagnosed with. They never called me to tell me that they were referring me elsewhere. I had to find out by calling the specialist. When they say they're going to call you, they don't. When you walk in the office, no one greets you. I won't be visiting this office again if I don't have to.

This was originally posted on 3/19/14. As of 4/16/14 I am still working on getting a referral. I have also asked that the office manager contact me twice, and have not heard from anyone.
