I did my taxes with Toro Taxes this past year. Not only did I never receive one of the checks of my return but the one I did get was $100 less than the amount they had told me to expect! I went to talk to someone about my missing check, since the guy that had done my taxes for me told me it should come in the mail, they put my address wrong on my taxes and the lady was completely rude about the whole situation! She said I probably owed money to the IRS... THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME FILLING! When I told her about my address being wrong she seemed annoyed and said that had nothing to do with it because the check was going to be deposited to them and they would print it out so I could pick it up at the office! OK? In that case WHERE IS MY CHECK?! Four months later and I still have not received it!
