I recently had my roof done by KY-KO and could't have been happier with the job that they did. They worked late hours just to get the job complete, the guys were always courteous when it came to our special request. I was completely satisfied with the end result of my roof AND WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND KY-KO ROOFING to anybody who needs work done on there roof.

To be clear, they haven't done my roof yet because they are too lazy to do what they say they will or put any efort in getting the job to begin with. They stood me up for the apointment to go over insurance quote and never got back to me like they said they would so we could establish a plan to deal with my insurance. When a contractor won't be responsive in getting the job to begin with it will only get worse once I sign the contract. If they can't be professional and do what they say they will, keep apointments and follow up on their own, who needs them. If I could have rated zero stars I would have.

One of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with. Explained everything in detail. Did a thorough evaluation and provide estimate that was reasonable. Cleaned up everything before they left. There were no surprises; no 'hidden' costs. I was very impressed.
