RUN don't Walk away from this place.



Vehicle brought to them for warranty work on an alarm install. Shop manager Jonathan Uptegrove and his non employee friend Dean who was in the employee only shop bay pushed a button installed in my motor bay to activate the engine. The only problem was that my vehicle was in gear and the switch bypasses the neutral safety. My vehicle took off at a speed greater than 5 miles per hour into their metal shelving unit causing damage to the passenger and front end. Uptegrove was very apologetic and filled out a at fault statement stating that he would cover all expenses for repair to make whole. I provided him with 3 shop estimates for which he said were too high. I recommended for him to notify his boss and owner Ryan Lewis for which he did. Lewis required that get another estimate from a place that he uses. I provided him a copy, and he said he would take care of it. Several months went by with Uptegrove and Lewis not responding to messages. I was forced to file a claim against my own insurance to cover the damage minus my $500.00 deductable. This company is in bankruptcy, and now I know why. This is one business that does not deserve the hard money we earn to spend. Once again RUN don't walk away.
